Weston Intelligence does not provide disclosed expert testimony, deposition testimony, trial testimony, legal opinions, or legal conclusions unless separately agreed in writing.
Scope Limitations
The Weston Sub Rosa Audit™ is an operational forensic review of surveillance packages. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the service does not include legal advice, trial strategy, testifying expert work, independent field surveillance, claimant interviews, defense witness interviews, frame-level video forensics, AI-manipulation authentication, Daubert-qualified testifying expert work, medical opinions, damages opinions, or final determinations of admissibility, sanctions, bad faith, fraud, criminal conduct, or state of mind.
Proprietary Methods and Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, names, logos, report architecture, methodology language, categorical frameworks, examination architecture, discovery architecture, analytical workflows, proprietary review protocols, internal reference materials, and operational processes belong to Weston Intelligence Forensics LLC or are used by permission.
Website content may not be copied, republished, scraped, reverse engineered, used to train artificial intelligence systems, used to build derivative workflows, or incorporated into competing services without written consent.
Analytical methods, proprietary review protocols, internal reference materials, and operational workflows are not transferred with deliverables and remain protected work product of Weston Intelligence.
Confidentiality of Demonstration Materials
Any demonstration mockup, sample report, briefing document, private presentation material, or engagement material provided by Weston Intelligence is confidential unless expressly marked otherwise in writing. Such materials may not be redistributed, circulated, posted, uploaded, trained into AI systems, or used to construct derivative methods without written permission.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this website to attempt to obtain confidential methodology, reverse engineer report structures or workflows, submit false or unauthorized materials, interfere with website security, scrape content, impersonate an authorized representative, circumvent intake protocols, or seek advice on an active matter without authority.
